All in a day's work...

1.

Listened to The Hitz Morning Crew this morning, like every other morning. However, the Gotcha Call segment today had really got me cracking. For those who doesn't tune in to the show, they have this segment where people can write in to punk'd their friends and families. Hence, either the Morning Crew or the person can act out the punk'd joke on air everyday.

Today's Gotcha call (or actually yesterday's but it was aired today) was played on one guy in JB whose girlfriend had planned out a scene to make him crazy jealous. The scene was actually a normal scene acted out by the Crew. However, what made the call extra interesting was the fact that the guy was actually speaking in a U.S. nigger street lingo. My goodness... He was putting up this "hey listen up y'all, look at me.. I'm the best playa around" kinda act. JJ, the DJ that made the call was actually dancing along to his tune with the "wasssup bro, you're too cool for the gal" act.. I tell you, the guy was so POYO that his indian accent actually slipped out a couple of times that makes him sound so stupid. He was too POYO to the extend that there was one caller that called in immediately after that asking for the guy's address so that he can knock some sense into the guy's head.. "Hey, he is an Indian for God's sake..!"

"The Word Is Born man...!"

I am exposed...!

Received a call from a fellow colleague who is based in the HR dept today. She found my blog...! Hmm.. the slow and bad liar me couldn't think fast enough to cover my tracks.

Anyway, she's cool about it (I hope). However, once 1 person can crack through the wide web.. you can never be too sure when the next strike will be. Hence, I shall stop blogging about work related matters from now on.. errrmm.. Can I resist? I shall try... No more mentioning about AB or LD or LC anymore.. bahaya oooo....

Had a very interesting conversation with a friend today. It was about how someone's background can actually influence a friendship. Can you actually be friends with someone, got along well and carries on interesting conversations every time you meet and suddenly become cold when you find about about his or her background? Does a person's background change your perspective towards him or her? It was really an interesting topic to debate about.

Finally got around to kemas my room tonight. Have to make some room for me to study since classes have commenced last Saturday. No more playing around every single night. Needs to get serious.. (hahaha... me? serious? hmm... let me get back to you on that one). So, I've cleared out all the junks on my small foldable table and found my old scrapbook with all my writings since school. Even a break-up letter to the ex that I didn't get a chance to post was still in it. It's cool to read all those stupid poetries that I have written eons ago.. Some of it ok laa.. not all bad.. Well I can add that to the collection of Binx's memorabilia to be displayed in my memorial later on along side my old report cards and rekod kemajuan murid *lol*.... That is IF I marry either the Prime Minister of any of the Sultans laa kan.. *winks*

Got news that London was under attack this morning (around petang our local time). Checked out bbc.com and found out the scoop. Is it going to be another 9/11 tragedy? What has the world come to? Why would someone be so cruel as to cause such harm to innocent people?

So many questions left unanswered.

However, it is not a surprising fact that whenever such tragedy occurred the highly dignified leader of such country would straight away rule out the incident to be the work of terrorists... Ntah laa.. It's just a shame that the attack was launched on the very same day that people are gathering to try find solutions to eradicate poverty in Africa.

My prayers goes to all the victims and their families that was involved in the tragedy. May Allah keep all of them safe from harm and danger. To friends living in London and around the vicinity, my prayers goes out to all of you too..

binx: what's next?
