I got my first taste of rejection today... Urgh.. I must tell you that it felt awful.How am I to endure many more to come?
I shudder at the thought of getting more bad news in the near future...

Rejections will account for close to 80% of all responses we get in relation to the requests or proposals we make. Its a fact of life! How do you think old men like me get get so gruumpy? :)
But being rejected 80% of the time ain't so bad. Look at it this way: you get your way 20% of the time!
Being an accountant you probably understand better than me that its all a numbers game.
