
It's close to 6 a.m. now and I am still wide awake! (suddenly the song by Firehouse - I need you now, comes to mind...)
It has been this way for the past few weeks. My eyes just won't shut and that just irks me because then my mind will start to wander. I hate it when my mind wanders...

I'd drink milo instead to get rid of the incessant jabs of thoughts that could've put me sleepless :)

Try chamomile tea, works on me sometimes (not all the time).
- don't take a afternoon (borderline evening) nap
- go jog/cycle/brisk walk petang-petang to tire urself
- read economics/ finance books

- drink 10ml or more of vile cough syrup. yukhy yukh yukh.(guaranteed groggy/sleepy effect after max 2 hours)

hey you, limit your coffee intake to only 1 in the morning. and drink milk before sleep. works on me!
but then again, you don have to brave the morning traffic.. so sleep all day pon takpe. ;P

i've tried sheep counting b4.. and it didnt work coz i'll be concentrating hard on those sheeps that i even notice their sizes n colors and all sorts of other details.. lagi cannot sleep after that.. hehehe
Pick up yoga and try to meditate. I realise that I sleep much better now after I get just push all the tension out of my head when I need to sleep.
Reading a good book before sleepign helps. Now I am in dreamland a few minutes I put my head to my pillow, even when I just had a cup of coffee half an hour ago.
i was about to comment - count the invisible sheeps, but u got me there already...
count the fishes? lions? pigs? ants? anything???
how about counting ur debts? ok, that's too stressful eh! hehehhee
I was at the supermarket today, and I bought an extra box of passionflower&chamomile tea (with you in mind!), I don't know when this one is going to get you though. (chocs hari tu I rasa dah gone case!)
