Painful experience has taught me that no one is unavailable for long. They may commit to you (hence, unavailable to others) only for as long as nothing better comes along!
So you can rejoice and strike that "Unavailable guy" entry out of that list. No such thing as an unavailable guy... or girl :-(
Unfortunately, this can be a bad thing, too...
