Saw a recipe of marinated fried chicken in a magazine at my Aunt's house last night. Hence, I woke up this morning with a craving for marinated fried chicken laa kan - what else...
Took out the chicken from the freezer. Thawed it for an hour. Prepared all the ingredients to marinate it with.. garlic, onion, ginger, chili, lemon, black pepper, honey and some salt.
Then set it aside to marinate til 12 p.m.
Fried the chicken til golden brown... Prepared some sambal belacan for some added flavour.
With the hot steaming rice, I took my first bite at the fried chicken.. The meat just won't budge... I tried tugging harder..

tuh laa i thought the chicken looked tad weird.. but masak aje laa kan.. since dah kempunan.. hehehe
oh well...!
sian dier..kempunan..nasib baik tak ngandung kalo tak meleleh airliur baby dia *LOL*... on another not, euw. I hate ayam kampung... next time kena check dulu if the chicken is skinny semacam, then it's definitely the kampung version.. heh... :-D

i noticed that it is a wee bit skinny.. but since mom bought it frm a different pasar, so i thought maybe ayam frm that pasar all skinny kut.. hehehe
