Of an end and a beginning... (Part I)

Finally....

After few weeks of working my a** off, I've managed to finished up all my assigned task yesterday (Saturday). Yeah, I had to come in the office again - my 5th Saturday since I've been transferred.

The day begun with me arriving 30 minutes early at the local BCB. I was quite shocked to see that there were few people sitting around in the bank. Hence, I tried to push open the door only to find it to be locked. All of them looked so obedient that it looked so funny. I was trying to figure out what they were doing sitting in that manner, when 10 minutes before 9.30 am all of them started to get up and headed towards their assigned counters.. Pelik sungguh.. Macam tuh ek staff bank every morning? One look at them, you will think that they were a hostage in a bank robbery scene in the movies.. *lol*

Next stop was the Maxis Service Center. Needed to activate the International Roaming service. Was in que for about 10 mins just to get the number, and when it was my turn I was sent back home to get a copy of my pasport.. Kenapa laa tak cakap awal2.. I wonder why they needed the pasport.. I/C kan dah cukup.. Oh well, luckily my house was just minutes away. When I got back, the que was even longer than before. I had to wait for almost 15 people to be served before it was my turn. And the time served per customer ranges from a minimum of 10 mins to 30 mins. Seksanya laa.. I kept looking my at watch, thinking of the work that I still have to finish up at the office.. Sempat ke siap nieh? Ke I still have to come in on Sunday?

My last stop before heading towards the office was the drive-thru Dunkin' Donuts.. I seriously didn't know that it was a drive thru outlet. If I've known bout it.. slalu laaa can tapau breakfast.. So I tapau my meal for the day. I knew that I'll be spending my full afternoon in the office, hence kena laa ada food supply.. And the strawberry fill donuts was soooo yummy I tell youuuu.. (sehingga menjilat jari)

So... I've finished my work!!!!!!

Now I can go for my Umrah trip in peace. Am really tired and drained out now.. However, I really hope that I can get a good rest on the flight to Jeddah and be all fit and healthy for the Umrah.

An Ustaz came over last night to give us an overview of what to expect during our trip. Since, this will be my 2nd time visiting the holly land, the overview acts like a refresher course for me. I still have lots to review before the trip. Am planning to do some reading on the plane too.. Baca pun nak.. Tido pun nak... How?
