I am tired of listening to people bitching about my boss behind her back...
I am tired of watching people stabbing other people's back without any shame or regret...
I am tired of being caught in the middle of a cold wars between one department head with another...
I am tired of people trying to "tai-chi" their work to others when all they do in their office is just watch DVDs and LLB (look like busy) all day long...
I am tired of watching people kissing the Big Boss' ass and rat on their co-workers...
I am tired of being screamed and shout at for something that was so minor just because that person was pissed at my boss...
I am tired of people who thinks that they are mightier than the rest. Just because they are a GM (General Manager) or even an AGM (Assistant General Manager), they think they only answer to the GMD (Group Managing Director)! Wake up and smell the flower laaaa.... You still have a few levels more to climb! That is if you get the chance to climb at all...
I am tired of working with mentally challenged people... It is like working with morons and clowns on a daily basis!
I am tired of having to defend myself for everything I do...
I am tired of office politics...
I AM JUST TIRED...

i've been yelled at by the client.(totally his stupid mistake, fyi. heh heh) He accused me of 'tai-chi' with his staff. eh? apakah? i tak main la taichi2, i "Qi Gong" okaayy? :D
such small office like mine, we the staff collectively talk bad about the boss. mwhahahhaha. sapa suh boss jahat kan?
i am not sure about the rest, but i believe i experienced the worst office politics ever... this guy who was hired by my ex-boss backstabbed him while he was on 2-months holiday before renewing his contract since he was of a retirement age. in the end, this guy got someone else to take over my ex-boss' room and even the CEO wasn't able to do anything because he was informed differently, thinking that my ex-boss was not going to renew his contract.
after almost 2 years i think, now the guy has been sacked as he promoted office politics throughout the company, put all his people in every department to cover his incompetency and demotivated everyone else in the company as those who goyang kaki gets bigger pay and higher bonuses while those who work their ass off get nothing.
worst off, he promotes the 'belanja' culture, ie. belanja him to tony roma's la, chilli's la, so that he won't kacau your territory.
he pinched my exec without my permission and made it look as if the CEO instructed it. i managed to get my staff back and put him back at his place but he didn't stop there.
office politics sucks.
