Tragic Gastric Incident

I had another tragic gastric incident last wednesday...

Everything was going as normal during the day. However, I felt a slight sign of a gastric attack to come after lunch and has quickly gulped down the prescribed meds. I really don't want to risk having another attack that will spoil my 1st aerobic class that evening.

Yes... I've enrolled myself into a twice-weekly aerobic class with a mission to stay fit. The class was initiated by the ladies in my department that shared the same goal in mind. Hence, we have teamed up and formed a class and called a trainer to teach us aerobic. Excited youuuu....

Hence, despite the negative comment from the lady boss about the negative side-effect of aerobic that will spoil my attempt to conceive, I went ahead and joined the class that evening.

1... 2... 3... 4... 5... 6... 7... 8...!

8... 7... 6... 5... 4... 3... 2... 1...!

We stepped... we walked... we jumped... we sweat out... and most importantly we had fun!

However, on my way back, I felt a sudden sharp pain in my tummy and had a sudden urge to vomit. I had to stop the car by the side of the road (before approaching the Jalan Duta Tol) and started vomiting non-stop into the zip-lock bag from the sandwiches I've packed earlier that morning.

At that point of time, despite the cold weather (the rain was pouring hard) and the cool air-conditioning of the car, my body was perspiring heavily and I felt like I was about to faint.

That was when I decided to call Mr Judge, who was on his way back from Cyberjaya at that point of time. I thought I might else well let him know where I was before anything else happens to me (yeah... drama queen habis ok).

Since he was still in Cyberjaya, he decided to call for reinforcement. He called my two sisters for help, since both of them were at home.

They managed to get to me after a few u-turns... They came armed with the ever-reliable "Minyak Mestika" and a hot beaded bear (my sister's substitute for the hot water bottle). At that point of time, I was so relieved that they have found me and can drive me to the nearest hospital.

That was the worst gastric incident I've ever experienced.

Thank god my darling husband and my 2 sisters were there to my rescue!

binx: time to rest!
